stuck on a sticker trick

A place where beginners can participate, ask questions, and post their views. However, beginners typically ask a lot of questions about sources, tricks, books, and so on. In fact, all magicians are interested (or should be) in the provenance of tricks, ideas, and related matters. This department will service these needs.

hi all,

I'm trying to find a reference to a Paul Gertner trick where he adds a pip-shaped sticker to a wrong card to make it resemble the right card, then it really becomes the right card.

I know it's mentioned in Strong Magic but I was wondering if it's written up fully anywhere?

thanks in advance for any help you can give me.

O

It was a marketed effect called Heartless and came with the heart stickers and a small booklet. It appears that it may also be in his lecture notes Amalgamations although no description of the effect appears on his website.
