Mark Wilson ... [t]he man ... who wrote the best selling magic book in history...
Not to knock Mark, but is this really true? Who says so? Was it his course in magic? How many copies have been sold to date? I would think Hoffmann would be a good candidate for best selling author of a magic title, but there may be a modern author who is also in the running (name forgotten, sorry!).

Anyone know?

Many thanks, Nicholas. 800,000 copies - that's a ton (lierally!) of copies.

Had someone asked the question re # of copies sold of the best selling magic book in all languages, I would have (wildly) guessed, maybe, 100,000 copies!

Clay,

Those are the authorized editions. There was a pirated Chinese edition out well before Mark arranged for the legitimate one (it appeared shortly after his trip there).
