The lady was Chefalo's wife, Maddalena.

The gentleman with the ball seems like J. Van Rinkhuyzen - "Rink" (other photos have him usually wearing glasses - I may be wrong in identifying him).

The guy with the notepad is Erick Padt, a journalist of the Elseviers Weekblad.

I don't know who the chubby man with the cards was :(
