I know that Tannen's still sells this, but does anyone else publish a force book where all the pages are the same?

Bato,

FAMOUS QUOTATIONS is in stock at H & R for $20 new, $16 used (for some reason only the used copy currently shows up on our website, I'll try to get the new ones listed there as well. The Sherlock Holmes book test is also there, new, for $25 (listed under "Telementary, Dr. Watson" by Larry Becker. Here's link to our site:

Regarding printing your own book, try www.lulu.com , where you publish your book for next to nothing; just $35 to assign it an ISBN number.

Bato,
Buy it from H&R Books, they are great to deal with and offer super fast shipping as well as good prices.

Bato,
I don't know about the US but in Canada all we do is register the book (for Free) and we are given an ISBN number.

Each country handles ISBN assignment in its own fashion. In Canada, it's done by the government (Library and Archives Canada). In the US, they're managed by a private company (R.R. Bowker), and sold in blocks (which is how ISBN works, with a unique range of numbers for each publisher). The price per individual ISBN depends on the size of the block you buy.

Buy 10, they're $22.50 each.
Buy 100, they're $8.00 each.
Buy 1000, they're $1.20 each.
Buy 10,000, they're $0.33 each.
