The items you're looking for are called "Close-Up Illusions," not "Weapons."
Both are available from the original publisher, The Camirand Academy in Canada: www.camirandmagic.com
For some reason the items are not listed on the website, but they are advertised in the September issue of Genii so I know they have them. Use the link to contact them.

Actually, I believe there was a video out from Videonics called "Deadly Close-Up Weapons" or something to that effect. Ouellett had several video tapes released through them. This was a teaching tape as opposed to the demonstration only, companion tape to the book.

Here's a stab; could g. garcia be looking for Richard Sanders's "Close Up Assassin" video, a small pamphlet/video combination also sold by Camirand Academy?

I've got both "Close-Up Illusions" and the "Deadly Close-Up Weapons" video. I'm not interested in selling but I'll try to answer a specific question if I can.

You can occasionally find these old videonics tapes being sold off... Deadly Close Up Weapons was volume 102, if that helps.

I just did a quick web search... Camirand has it for sale here:
