My wife and I were driving back from SAM Boston, and decided to visit the largest flea-market in the nation, held at Brimfield Mass...Some guy had a box of magic books and stuff, says he picked it up from a guy in Maine. There were a couple of Sphinx, Tannen's catalogs, but what caught my eye was a notebook of twenty or so pages with magical clippings. I noticed four clippings Titled "My Favorite Magic Trick" and each had a picture of the weekly starlet... all in Black and White. My guess is that they ran these in "Look" or some other magazine at the time. The asking price was too high, twenty dollars for the notebook, but I am curious, any help on where these columns came from? I passed on the Sphinx too ($35 each).
