Hi!

I am rereading books of Dai Vernon. In Inner Card Secrets Card Magic Trylogy I found what Dai Vernon was in Argentina, with one magician friend called "Sr.Notis", and include in these book one stop card trick, and one shuffle cascade for imbrication (a la Rene Lavand) but with 2 hands.-

Who was it misteriousous Sr. Notis? Who can put information about it.

In the book write for David Ben, exist mention about it?

Thank You.

Here's the entry for him from Waters' Encyclopedia of Magic And Magicians:

"Born Mario Amando Vigna in Argentina, he began his career as a circus performer; later he was a professional gambler; eventually he specialized in juggling and magic.

Though he did perform for a time in Europe, the bulk of his career was in South America. He is known for the Notis Cascade, a very pretty flourish described by Lewis Ganson in his Dai Vernon's More Inner Secrets of Card Magic."

There's no mention of him in Ben's Vernon biography.
