Joe Karson Book Updated

Postby Mike Rose » February 23rd, 2006, 10:44 am

For those that are into magic history and biographies, I have made a deal with Chris Wasshuber at Lybrary.com to publish a Second Edition of my book, Joe Karson Beyond Zombie as an e-book. The first edition of this biography is out of print and since its original publication date I have found some additional material. So this is not just a reprint but an expanded edition with a few new photos and some errors corrected, too (and as an e-book, it is completely searchable!). Chris did a fantastic job creating the e-book and for more info follow the link below.

As a follow up to the new e-book stated above, Chris Wasshuber of Lybrary.com and I have created the Joe Karson Compilation. While doing research on Joe Karson for the original book I was impressed with the output of booklets he wrote. Although the booklets where listed in an annotated bibliography in my original book, the actual booklets themselves are not easy to find (most are 60 to 70 years old). So Lybrary.com has created an e-book where you can get them all in one source. Also included are some random Karson trick instruction sheets from my collection and 6 issues of Biz for the Wiz, Karsons ill-fated magazine. Besides the fact that this material is hard to find, by assembling it all in an e-book makes the material searchable, my favorite feature of e-books! Here is the link to it:
