Does this actually exist? or is the only footage feature Tony Curtis?
Thanks

Im not certain if footage exists of that particular illusion, but since footage appears of other houdini escapes, such as the straight jacket, there might be some old footage, possibly in one of houdinis films he produced later in his career.

You might look up Bill McIlhaney (sp?), I know he has quite a collection of Houdini films, some of which I viewed at the houdini museum in Appleton some years ago.

If footage exists of the Water Torture Cell, I don't know anyone who's ever seen it.
But, the patter exists as the only example of Houdini's voice recorded on an Edison cylinder (now in the Copperfield collection courtesy of Jay Marshall). It can also be heard in the Devant Room at The Magic Circle.
