A difficult question (I think)

Someone can tell me WHEN Deland has presented for the first time his Floating Skeleton in a Show Window Display.

The information (without the date) is in The Conjurors' Magazine, Vol 2, N8, Oct. 1946, p. 11
by Walter Gibson.

There is no evidence that any of Theodore DeLand's illusions were ever performed by him. He was a close-up magician.

In fact, I need only to date the creation because it was a good idea.
