Does anybody know where this version is described?

Does anybody know where this version is described?


Jamy's "Card in Matchbook" is titled "Wish Fulfillment," and it is in his lecture notes entitled, "Thoughts." It is also a staple of his standard lecture. You can get the notes direct from him by e-mailing him. His address is on his site.
