Free copy of Roy Benson by Starlight contest

Postby Guest » May 11th, 2006, 8:22 pm

Hi, everyone

I just noted that the Vernon Touch book has been delayed...it must be the season for it!

We just received our first corrected copy of Roy Benson by Starlight, and our printer did a perfect job of correcting the errors they had made, so we gave the go-ahead and the books are on their way to us. As soon as we receive them (probably next week), we'll put them in the mail to our Miracle Factory customers.

I do want to clarify that the book is just now emerging from the printer and that no dealers have received copies yet. A lot of people have misunderstood the reviews (written from laser printouts of our layout) and the dealers' ads (announcing the book in advance) and thought the book was already out.

If you haven't ordered yours, see what the excitement's all about. Go to The Miracle Factory to learn more about this amazing work.

In the meantime, in recognition of the very, very long wait for this book, I'd like to offer Genii Forum readers a FREE copy of Roy Benson by Starlight for the person we decide best completes this sentence:

"Roy Benson by Starlight is SO late that...!"

Deadline is May 29...my birthday. Yep, Roy Benson by Starlight is SO late, I've had three birthdays (and one baby) since I started work on it.

(Stay tuned for our upcoming photo competition for the most creative use for Miracle Factory books...weightlifting, doorstops, etc.)

Here's are my two submissions (Todd's rules said nothing about being limited to only one)

(1) "It's as if Bill Larsen were the publisher."

(2) "The salt is just about ready to run out."

Roy Benson by Starlight is SO late that...

by the time it arrived I was too old and feeble to lift it.

Or,

by the time it arrived gas prices had risen so much that it cost more to ship the book than to purchase it.
