We will all be very grateful to you-- the one who had enough insight (or outsight?)-- in about eight years from now when you're on your 500th book; and EVERYBODY who's anybody will be absorbing it with whatever technology there will be at that time. Major KUDOS to you, Chris, for taking the lead!!! Don't ever get discouraged!

I very much hope to be able to speed up the conversion. Already a handful of wonderful helpers contribute their conversions. Perhaps we can achieve a 2x to 3x increase in output by keeping quality on a continuous high level.Originally posted by Steve Spicer:
