Please, RK, pleeeeease reprint this book! Most of us who were audiences for Paul Cummins' recent lecture tour are eager to learn the Stuart Gordon Double Lift.

RK just printed a version of it in the Derek Dingle memorial issue.

Paul Cummins teaches it in his "Up in Smoke Video" I believe. At least that's where he referred me when I asked him about it.

RK, if you are reprinting Cardshark(I really hope you do), do you have any idea when it would be available to purchase?

Please read Richards post again. Pay close attention to the text I've bolded.

I might reprint the original and only edition.

Paul Cummins teaches it in his "Up in Smoke Video" I believe. At least that's where he referred me when I asked him about it.

Just to clarify: I do not teach the Stuart Gordon Double Lift on the Up In Smoke video. The only sleight that I usually mention as being taught on that video is the prayer (or Hofzinser) cull.

BTW, and this is the first time I've announced it, the Up In Smoke video has been authored to DVD with all the appropriate menus, etc., and is availabel now.

Good -- I thought I was going nuts after I saw your lecture at Michael Canick's where you had the DVD available, but when I went to your website, it wasn't there! When will the info on ordering it be up? I'll probably pick up a copy (should have done it at the lecture...) :whack:

Thanks,
Jim

On the subject of the Stuart Gordon DL, wasn't there some info on it in the Dingle book? Wesley James also has some touches on it in his book. I'll check both of those tonight and see how much info is there.

Sorry about that Paul. I must have misunderstood you.

The most detailed explanation of the Stuart Gordon Lift every published was the one I wrote for the Derek Dingle issue of Genii last month.

Ok, I was wrong. It's not in the Dingle book. It is, as Richard points out, described in good detail in the recent Dingle issue of Genii. That's probably the best, and most easily attainable source. The technique has also appeared in "Larry Jennings, the Cardwright" as well as Wesley James's book, "Enchantments." Wes's book also has some nice touches on double lifts in general that are worth looking into.
