Richard

Can you please detail the editions that K and G have published of The Complete Invocation? Were there both slipcased and non slipcased editions? How many of each were printed?
Thank you for your help.

The original edition of The Complete Invocation (Vols. 1 and 2) consisted of two books, bound in white cloth with red foil stamping (NO dustjackets), and they came in a red slipcase. I think the printing was 300.
Later I printed 400 copies of vol.3, which was also bound in white cloth, red foil stamping (NO dustjacket), and came in a red slipcase.
I recently reprinted Vols.1 and 2 in a single very large book which came in a white dustjacket. Then I reprinted volume 3, also with a white dustjacket. Can't recall the numbers on the reprints.
