The Magic Video Depot is a repository for people to post their performance of magic.
The Magic Cafe has a nice list of YouTube links of known magicians.

While there is good magic on Magic Video Depot there's so much crap there that you'll have a hard time finding it.
You can search YouTube for "magic" (ditto Google video) and find both bad home videos and video from TV and magic videos (like L&L's of Tommy Wonder).
The best bet on YouTube is to search for names you'd like to see (like Tamariz) and cross your fingers.
Denis Behr has some wondeful clips on his site of difficult magic that you don't often see at all and almost never see done as well...
