Bob Sheetz or so

Postby Brad A._dup1 » January 28th, 2003, 8:29 pm

I'm trying to find some effects that are (were?) marketed, or created, by Bob Sheetz.

Am I spelling his name correctly?

Nevertheless. I've taken a look around and haven't come up with anything. I checked hocus-pocus.com, the "Magic Linking Page," and Yahoo....

Where can his things be found? If you speak, I'll give you a cookie of some kind.

It seems I HAVE been mispelling his name. Found something on Denny and Lee.

Do a google search for bob sheets... he has his own website for a lot of great stuff to buy. All are commercially wonderful. Bob is one of the great performers of our time.

Ditto, Pete. Talk about a guy who can perform anywhere or anytime. It wouldn't surprise me if he has performed on city buses. He may be this generation's Malini.

I saw him at Denny's in Baltimore after a lecture. He was doing his 3 shell routine - and it was great!! He's got that intangible thing that makes people want to watch him do anything.

Great magician, really funny -- I'm convinced Bob Sheets can do anything.

I saw him at this summer's S.A.M. convention doing close-up, and saw him on stage at Monday Night Magic.

A wacky persona, self-deprecating, mind-blowing stuff. His Card Stab is a thing of beauty.

Anyone know if he's performing anywhere in the DC area for the public?

Been there, done that... It doesn't seem to have anything about local engagements. Maybe he's busy with corporate work and doesn't do bar or restuarant work. Drats...

Bob will actually be in Columbus this weekend lecturing at the Columbus Magi-Fest. He is also on the Big 5 Close-Up show with David Williamson, and Shawn Farquhar.

I will try and post tomorrow or Friday night and let you know if he is selling anything at his lectures.

You need to get three things. Get a set of shells, Bob Sheetz's "Absolutely Nuts" video, and his video on Dice, mind blowing if you ask me.
