Quadroplets

Has anyone seen this trick (live), or does anyone perform it? Does it live up to its advertising (pg 56 of the January 2004 Genii, pg 28 of the January MAGIC)?

You can see it and make up your own mind about it, Hocus Pocus has a demo video for it on their site.
