Does anyone know what kind of cigars Vernon and Marlo preferred?

They couldn't have been as bad as the cheap Rum River Crooks that Frank Thompson smoked. You had to air out the house for a week after he left!

Is there such a thing as a 'non-stinky' cigar?

Take care, Ian

Well, it depends on what you mean by "stinky." Most whole-leaf, hand-rolled cigars that have been kept properly stored give off a pleasant "tobacco shop" aroma while being smoked but, IMHO, do not "stink."

However, once a cigar has gone out the collected oils begin to turn rancid, so you should discard it in an outdoor receptacle if you don't want that unpleasant odor in the room.

John Rogers is retiring, so if you want any of his products, you better buy them quickly.
