Does anyone have, or would anyone be willing, to post a video clip of this shift done at speed?

I'm in the process of trying to break my little finger by working on it, but not having a VCR at the moment I can't pop my Vernon Tape in to see it in action.
It would help a great deal to see it done, just to note some finger positions, angle to hold the cards, etc.
Maybe Peter Duffie... are you out there!?!?!?
