I'm trying to locate Anders Moden's web site. I'm interested in his effect, "Ebony & Ivory". Any information on the web site or this trick would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

The effect:
A white rubber band breaks. You tie it together with a knot. It links with a black rubber band, unlinks, then links again - and the two linked bands are a gift for the spectators to keep as a souvenir. But only after you remove the knot from the white band! A totally new approach to rubber band magic.

Thanks very much. I just received an e-mail from Anders stating that this unbelievable rubber band trick will soon be available again. (May, 2002)
Thanks again,

I've viewed the video clip and am utterly fried. Has this effect been reviewed?

Looks even better in real life. Anders has done it several times for me, and even though I now know the method, there are still sequences that fool me badly.Originally posted by Ralph Bonheim:

And if is a pity that you can't see him do the effect for laymen.

In answer to Ralph Bonheim, yes "Ebony & Ivory" was reviewed in many places when it first came out, about 5 years ago (I think). I got my set from Anders, who is a real nice guy and who helped me when my gimmick broke. The breaking was entirely my fault -- I came up with the equivalent of a "crash link" and the gimmick couldn't handle the g-forces involved.
