The Bammo Card Walloper

Postby Richard Kaufman » April 8th, 2002, 1:39 pm

I have received a missive from the chilly wilds of Canada stating that "The Bammo Card Walloper" is about to be unleased by Robert Farmer.
This is a great trick, and one of its sleights, The Bammo Card Invertolator will appear in the July issue of Genii. Prepare your world for a new order (and your deck, too).

I had the pleasure of doing a bit of work with Bob Farmer on "Bammo Card Walloper" and it is a doozy!

You remove a deck of cards from their case, shuffle them, turn half face up and half face down and the two halves mixed. The deck is spread to show they're very well mixed and in a face-up/face-down condition, then the cards are gathered up and respread and BAMMO , they are now all face up and in order -- all the Aces, all the Twos, all the way to the Kings. Easy to do, eye popping, and the Invertolator which, as Richard mentioned, will be in Genii is an excellent method for doing some very sneaky stuff while you appearently just gather up a spread.

As is always the case with Bob, this is some very fine thinking. Bob developed it with Gerald Kirchner. Should be announced momentarily, and highly recommended.

Yes, it's true, The Bammo Card Walloper and the t-shirt will be available soon from all fine magic dealers in the tri-state area.

Randy--I will be at FFFF, but I don't think I'll have stock then. However, I'd be happy to show you the effect.
