I thought it was too "cramped" and the use of magnets appears obvious.

When I got these shells from a dealer they were without instructions. The handling may be a bite strange, because I have developed my own moves freely. I have showed these effect for laymens and they liked it very much. I think it looks better tin real life. Then you have an extra dimension with talk and misdrection etc.
The shells are very fun to play with, i recommend that you get your own set :)

andrew pinard who is on this forum makes some great cast shells. they are a good size and look natural.
