A few months ago RK mentioned having been shown an interesting new effect called WOW by, I think, Fukai.
A card is selected and signed while another is placed in a transparent wallet - the card in the wallet then visibly changes to the signed card.
Since then, I've been unable to track down any stockists and I wondered if anyone would know if this effect is still available.
