Call To Order (Shoot Ogawa)

Postby David Acer » May 26th, 2005, 2:29 pm

There are lots of great tricks in the June Magicana, but if nothing else, be sure to try Shoot Ogawa's CALL TO ORDER. It's a new approach to Triumph that will really fry your magic buddies (and needless to say, laymen have no clue).

It's really one of the best card tricks I've published in quite some time. A classic handling.

You're welcome. While you're at it, thank me for getting Gordon Bean to give Genii his wonderful addition to Kennedy's "Red & Black" effect . It's one of the best things I've seen in a long time (as is Shoot's trick).

With all the current talk about various approaches to "Out of This World" type effects, that item by Gordon deserves attention - it's simple but significant.

And as for Acer's column - he's already made a big contribution to the magazine - thanks for hooking him.

No clue because it's good or because it confusing? I only use tricks that confuse my audience. I want them to question why they are there.

Give them a hotfoot and they will question why they are "here" (in your company? on planet earth?). The hotfoot answers all questions.

Hi David Regal,
Yes, Gordon Bean's Red/Black trick is great.
By the way, I think Gordon Bean is a genius.
Gordon puts out great stuff.
