E*, that says much about the folks who keep posting to announce that they got something in the mail or found something on the site. Gossip girl?

BTW, seems the person in the fur coat is fictitious.

Actually, I liked those announcements because it was helpful to know when new things appeared since they would be sometimes taken off the site on an irregular schedule.

Still advertising fight club
Telling others about things they can't have and some about what they already have likely done.
Please gossip girl - stop announcing a hack challenge to the /b/ tards and griefers in magic.

Hi Matt,

My point wasn't that there are MANY sellers who don't want to reach a lot of buyers, but that there are SOME. They want to keep their product exclusive, and they charge appropriately. If using a Digital Rights Management (DRM) approach will limit who buys their product, they don't really care. For these sellers, something like REVIZZIT is attractive.

For the majority of Magic sales, however, trends like Lybrary.com, Abbott's, and LLePub (and of course, Genii) that utilize non-DRM'd distribution will win out.

I received my bonus last week... interesting (as most of the RS items are) but far too convoluted to be defined "magical"... Together with the trick, there is some other material for which no explanation has been provided... as I'm no longer a RS member, its use will remain a mystery to me (not that I care... RS is not for me...).

But I still haven't received April and May Genii... :x

Marco, in another thread I've explained that the company which does our foreign mailing moved without telling us, and that they mailed out the March, April, and May issues very late. We have left that company and moved our business to a new company as of the June issue of Genii, which people should receive much more quickly.

Also haven't received my RS bonus item yet... but mail delivery from the US appears awfully slow at the moment... so glad that I get the digital edition of Genii :-)

Got mine a few weeks ago.

Nothing exciting IMO. I agree completely with Marco: not very magical.

I finally got around to trying to implement the Revizzit set-up. After about an hour, I gave up. It didn't work and Revizzit is totally confusing. You would think it would be as simple as logging in and seeing a list of what you've purchased (a. la Kindle). But no.
I deleted the whole damn thing, uninstalled everything and tried again. No luck.

Then there's the very confusing login info--what login info, no details on that.

I give up!

I just noted above that Adobe Air is required--nothing about that in the email I got.

I once considered Revizzit as a place to market some of my more obscure works, but after this experience, forget it--I'll go to Kindle publishing.

Received my replacement RS bonus item today. It seems the original was lost. I appreciate the prompt service.

And the instructions were printed on paper! Yay!

Also some intriguing bonus items for the future.
