Anyone Out There Have a File of Edward's Monthly?

There is a photo of Theodore DeLand on p.8 of the November 1909 issue of Edward's Monthly. I am in need of a clean scan of the photo at 100% of original size, at 300 dpi, in full color. I don't want the scan manipulated in any way--not descreened or anything.

If someone has a file of Edward's Monthly and can scan this for me, it would be greatly appreciated.
