Has no one commented on the fact that there's reproduction of the Water Torture Cell in the Devant Room on the second floor of the Magic Circle, with Houdini inside, and bubbling water?

Oh, wow, I didn't know that. I've never been to the Magic Circle. If I could get a pic of that, I'd love to post it on my blog.

Great. Thanks. I realize now I have seen pics of that before. Never knew it was filled with water.
No fish though. :p

Re: "Tanked" fills the Magic Castle
So the Houdini mannequin is not longer in the Magic Castle fish tank. Does anyone know why? Is this just temporary, or did Houdini escape for good?

Also -- push the button on the Houdini display and hear a recording of his voice!

Re: "Tanked" fills the Magic Castle
I was performing at the Castle back on Nov. 3 & 4th, and I was told that the reason the Figure was removed was that the fish had started "Eating Away" at Houdini's face! I had also heard that the whatever material that was used for the straitjacket was also starting to mildew. Both problems are supposed to be fixed and that Houdini will once again be back in the tank.

Thanks Frank. I thought that straitjacket looked dicey in that water.
So I guess the "experts" at Tanked don't think beyond the airdate?

It's less expensive not to think beyond the air date.

For the show at least. (I hope the show is paying for these fixes.)
