Tony Giorgio
Is there any plan to produce a book that consolidates all of Tony Giorgio's columns and other work?

Re: Tony Giorgio
Tony Giorgio's columns (The Giorgio Letters) are owned by his heir, his wife Kaye, and we have no plans to make a book out of them. However, they are are available free of charge to all Genii subscribers to read online.

I'd love to see his Bottom Deal notes come back into print.

That's up to his wife. I see no reason why she shouldn't reprin them.

I'd also like to see all of Giorgio's Letters columns in one book. I was thinking about this the other day and Raylan read my mind.

I have the notes but haven't practiced the deal. I saw a guy who took lessons from Giorgio do it but he was still working on it and it wasn't perfected. It was still a pretty nice deal. Has anyone else seen Giorgio do his bottom?

He did it when I met with him, but he wasn't at his best (this was just before he went into hospital). Still way better than most, though...

Re: Tony Giorgio
Tony did it for me when I interviewed him for the Genii cover story, back in 2003. I don't know a lot about false dealing other than that I've seen lots of people do it. Most are terrible, some are good, a few are invisible. Tony's was very good, but not invisible. However, he was past 80 and my experience is that most sleight of hand doesn't stay with you to that age. Vernon could do a few things frighteningly well, but most things not. The best I've seen near that age was Charlie Miller who, despite the arthritis in his knuckles, did everything to near perfection. But he was in his early seventies at the time.

Didn't Tony have a part in the Godfather? If so what who was the character?
