Mr. Goat. No apostrophe in "Young Adults" is not necessarily wrong. It just changes the meaning slightly. However, I would have thought you'd point out the unnecessary hyphens in "13-years-of-age".

As an English teacher I would prefer to see "13 and older." As a pedantic twit I think that if you do use 13 years of age, you either need to include "who are" or move the adjective phrase before the noun. The latter version makes the hyphens necessary, though still undesirable.
