When did Charlie take over the Magicana column?

Thanks for any help.

"Magicana" only ran for a few years in the 1950s under Woodfield before it stopped. When it was restarted, it was Charlie Miller who did the doing, so he didn't "take it over" per se. I believe it was 1964 or 65.
