I've heard rumours there might be one in the pipeline on David Berglas?

I believe the Berglas book is being published by "Kaufman and Company" (not Genii). :)

Point taken, Joe.

However, as much as I love having digital access, sometimes I don't know exactly what I'm looking for until I see it when perusing a large collection. In those cases, flipping physical pages is more efficient (and fun) for me.

Still got my fingers crossed...

Because all subscribers now have free access to all back issues, there will not be a Magicana book. You have no idea the full year of work involved in taking the original text and turning it into a book.

The Berglas book is a Kaufman and Company project, not a Genii book.

Genii is publishing a new book, 600 pages, which will be available for $70, or for only $15 (plus postage) to those who subscribe for three years or bring the level of their existing subscription up to three years. This is exactly the same thing we have done in the past with "100 by Warlock," "The Lost Notebooks of John Northern Hilliard," and "The Vernon Touch."

The book should be out in about two months.

BOO! (but I do enjoy the suspense)

I know Kaufman has a thing for Cliff Green, but that expanded, annotated version will probably go under Kaufman & Co.

So my guess, considering the page count and Geniis past publications/compilations is Charlie Miller, Charlie Miller, Charlie Miller. Or second guess Miller & William Woodfield of Magicana fame tag-team action.

But this is all just a bit of wishful thinking on my part. I have no clue. The Berglas Book will suffice for now. God I love magic. Its like Christmas on a month to month basis.

If you go down to the basement of the forum and poke around a bit you will see DeLand or Tenkai as possible suspects.

It is neither DeLand nor Tenkai--those will be Kaufman and Company books.

And, yes it is indeed free to all Lifetime Subscribers!

Is it a work that you've written, or are you publishing a new work completed by someone else?

Is it a collected reprint of some kind? Maybe the Wright/Larsen mental magic book that was published years ago?

Magazine reprints are wonderful. The Trap Door just arrived here yesterday.

I'd love to see Mary Tomich's The Altar Flame in book form.

Thought I knew, then he said "magazine." So The Looking Glass is my guess.

According to Denis Behr's index, The Looking Glass runs to 172 pages, whereas this one is described as 600 pages. Hmmm...

The Sphinx? (I think it's said that Bill Larsen wanted to take over this magazine before he started Genii)

It's not The Looking Glass, which I promised (in that magazine) never to reprint in book form.

It's not The Sphinx, which runs to 53 volumes and is impossible to reprint because of the expense.

The complete run of a magazine and only 600 pages? Must be from the Jinx/Phoenix/etc. era.
