In 1972, Patterson Smith combined into one volume and reprinted A Bibliography of Works in English on Playing Cards and Gaming by Frederic Jessel (1905) and A Bibliography of Card-Games and of the History of Playing-Cards by Charles Orr (1892). A nice scan of this combined book is online:

That is so cool, Mr. Mullins! I just decided to start collecting rare old magic books but only have the Tool Stott books (2 books), which are suppost to be the best. I had fun looking at an actual title page of Scot's DISCOUERIE from the links you gave. Thank you.
