One of my favourite "horror" (and magical) movies is on BBC 2 tomorrow (late night) in the UK. It's RARELY on TV, so record and watch it! It's magical and brilliantly played. It's the 1957 Night Of The Demon. I think it's BRILLIANT. See info here: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0050766/
Anyone else like it?

Night of the Demon is great. What most folks in the US don't realize is that our version was edited, but the original UK version was released on DVD a few years back. Viva Jacques Tournier!

Hmmm, according to the director it was edited by inserting shots of the demon - where he wanted to leave its visual representation down to a few frames during one scene.

I have BOTH versions. The UK one - imho - is much better in so many areas... PG

Just had a chance to watch it. That was great!
Also has the line "It's in the trees..it's coming" which I know so well from Kate Bush's Hounds of Love.
