Hardeen in HBO's Boardwalk Empire

Theo. Hardeen entered the world of Martin Scorseses HBO drama, Boardwalk Empire, last night. I didnt see the episode, titled Family Limitation, but according to a recap at nj.com, the characters plan to attend a performance and later have dinner with Houdini's brother whos "just as good."

I havent yet been able to discover who plays Hardeen in the series, but it appears in a later episode he will perform a suspended straight jacket escape. Id say this is one to watch!

Hardeen never made it on to the screen. The main characters skipped the magic show and went to a whorehouse instead.

So did Dash show up in last night's episode? I read a recap and didn't see him mentioned. But I did see a character went and saw the 1920 Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. Ironically, I went to a screening of that same film at the Disney Concert Hall last night (with full organ accompaniment). Fine film. :)
