Breakaway Tray

I saw this magician perform a stage show at the Magic Castle. One thing he did that I loved was utilize a break away tray. He brought up a spectator and the tray he had them hold broke while he was explaining the effect. I'm assuming he had a wireless trigger. Anyway, I was wondering what was on the market for a product like this and where I could acquire it?

Thanks for the info. I guess I didn't use the right key words because I didn't get those results when I searched. I didn't know it would be that expensive, so I asked a friend if he could build it, which he says he can so I'll save several hundred dollars.
