The spectator freely shuffles the deck and selects the top card - reveals the seven of spades. The magician reaches into his coat and reveals an oversized card that matches the seven of spades.
Looking for the title of the effect. Any suggestions? One of those effects I've seen a hundred times and can't recall the name of it.

A one-way forcing deck would do it most simply. So would a Svengali deck.
