New magic history website

Just put up a new website focused on magic history and research. Named it Magic Footnotes because I wanted to have a place to put the little bits of information that are usually relegated to brief footnotes, if even there. I also wanted to start a place to put up information on internet resources related to researching magic history. This is very much a work in progress, so do not mind the dust. <g> Looking for feedback on style, structure, readability and just plain is it any good. Don't worry I have no pride in authorship. So take a look at www.magicfootnotes.com and let me know what you think.

Clipping pagese to assemble books - copyright issues?

The part of the article when they found the guy, describing his notebooks containing clippings and articles from publications. Does that makes his notebooks something we can't review via publication for copyright reasons?
