It's a SAM3 exclusive! Danny Orleans is one of Chicagos hardest working magicians. A full-time professional for over 30 years, Danny has gone from being a successful school-show entertainer to performing almost exclusively at corporate sales meetings, trade shows and receptions; for the last 10 years, he has performed at over 2000 corporate events, and spends 75 days per year working trade show booths for companies such as HP, National City and Alcon Laboratories. Additionally, he is the author of numerous articles for the trade in MAGIC, The Linking Ring, and Genii Magazine, as well as several books and magic sets designed for the general public, including the Ultimate Magic Club series for Scholastic and an upcoming interactive book for Chronicle Books.

In this rare Chicago lecture, Danny will focus on real world, practical close-up magic routines that he performs regularly for cocktail parties, corporate events and trade shows plus all his professional touches that are pure gold to the working pro, including:
1. His special technique for introducing himself into a circle of people at a cocktail party.
2. Spotting the signs: How to know when NOT to approach a group at an event.
3. The right and wrong way to customize a corporate message into your magic.

In addition, he will demonstrate his 12-minute trade show act and discuss how it draws crowds to his clients trade show booths. And, as a longtime trick reviewer for Genii, he'll even give tips on reading between the lines of product descriptions (and saving yourself a lot of money!).
