"It's Magic" Roudtable discussion with Marshall Brodien, DeYip Loo and others

The McHenry County Historical Society in Union, IL will present
its last lecture in their Sampler Series called "It's Magic"
on Monday, April 20th.

Marshall Brodien, De Yip Loo, Don Theobald and Freddy Fredricks
will talk of the old days performing magic routines at
such places as Riverview Park and Chicago's Treasure chest.
Trouping around with Dante and Blacksone, Sr.
There will be tricks and great stories.

Tickets are $10.00 at

Weve never explored the magic of magic, said Nancy Fike, the museums administrator and moderator of the discussion. We all need a lot more magic in our lives.


It's nice to read things like that - when someone gets what our craft is about.
