Paul Kieve writes: Im putting together a project for the Harbin centenary event at The Magic Circle on February 15th. Im trying to get 500 photos/ prints of known performers presenting the Zig Zag illusion. Im also looking for pictures of products that have followed the Zig Zag theme (Zig Zag can, Zig Zag balloon etc). This is for a photographic display to be shown on the day.
If anyone has a photo they would like to see used in this event, please send it either by mail to: Paul Kieve, 2 St Philips Rd, London E8 3BP, England or by email to mail@stageillusion.com.
Its important to note that photos mailed can not be returned!

Since no one is authorized to build or sell Zig-Zags, every one is pretty much a copy. That's not the issue here, and frankly I'm tired of the wisecracks.
They're obviously trying to show how ubiquitous the performance of this classic illusion has become by having lots of photos of people doing it. That's all. If you have a damn photo, send it.

I have a photo of a (about) 13 year-old Adam Fleischer performing a Zig Zag. (Though I doubt Adam would want it published.)

Re: Do you have a Photo of Someone (or Yourself) Doing the ZigZag?
If memory serves Robert Harbin did authorize Jack Hughes and Peter Diamond to build Zig Zags for those who had purchased the book.
However it was more that book purchasers were authorized to build or have built the illusion.
As I haven't seen anyone perform it for years (probably due to the Masked Magician) , surely it will be brand new to modern audiences?
