I regularly catch up with the Genii Forum on my iPhone - seems to work fine and the text and pics are crystal clear.

Cheers

Ditto re the Genii Forum on my iPod Touch.

I also love the podcasts from Dodd Vickers and from Paul Daniels, as well as YouTube views of everyone. These are cool toys.

I am assuming the guys above didn't look at the link.

It's not saying safari on the iphone is bad, it's just making it a standalone app.

Like the wikipedia app is better than looking at wikipedia on an iphone, a properly scaled app version of this forum would be excellent. And take 2 minutes. I'd download it.

Wrong assumption mrgoat, although of course I can't speak for Steve - however everyone has their own preferences.

Andrew,so you're saying that you have a preference for viewing the Genii forums on your iPhone as it exists currently- as opposed to viewing it on a standalone application which doesn't exist currently?

I see your point, but personally, whatever the choice, I always prefer nonexistent things purely for the sheer abundance of what's on offer.

That made me spit a little bit of my drink out laughing.

Apologies Eoin, I omitted to mention that I'm a T-1000 - so not only have I seen the Genii Forum as it currently exists, I've also seen it:
- as it exists in the future
- as an iPhone application
- as an ocular 3D projected visualator
but I have to admit the Forum in its current form is still the one for me - but I guess that's me and my preferences again.

By the way, do you happen to know a Jaan Canna?

(and take that drink away from mrgoat)

T-1000's just can't hold their drink.

By the way, the only Jaan Canna I know is a figment of my imagination.
So, given your track record, it could well be the same person.

(mrgoat can't hold his drink either)

Reason: Is 'figment' a real word?
