In Pete McCabe's Scripting Magic, there is a reference on page 396 to two manuscripts by Jam Ian Swiss: Theories II and Theories III.
In checking Mr. Swiss' website, he lists Theories II but not not Theories III on his Products web page. I checked my copy of the manuscript
Theories and its table of contents appears identical to the content of Theories II, as listed on the website.
My questions are:
1. Is there a difference between Theories and Theories II?
2. Is there a source for Theories III? I've checked H&R, Denny's, Hank Lee's, etc but no one had that manuscript listed.
I had thought about using the "Contact" portion of Mr. Swiss' website but it seems to be designed for those who wish to book his services as an entertainer rather than as a means for magicians to post questions about his manuscripts and other products. Is there a better way to contact Jamy Ian Swiss with these questions?
Thanks in advance for your help!
Rick

Hi Rick. Can you maybe elaborate? I'd be interested to know as well. Thanks.

I'm in Japan right now and have just seen a new book by Jamy Swiss, which has been published exclusively in Japanese! Translated by Yuki Kadoya and published by Tokyo Do, it contains the essays from Shattering Illusions (or at least some of them) as well as many tricks.

Jamy Swiss informed me that the numbers appended to the Theories titles reflect changes and additions over the years. The current version is Theories III, available on his website (despite the fact that it says Theories II)
