What happened to Magico Magazine and Rabbi Gringrass

I tried to find some information about Magico Magazine and it's editor Sam Gringrass, but all that Google turned up was a discussion thread here in the Forum form 2002.

Are they still in business? Is Gringrass still allive?

The Magazine has not been issued in many years, but Magico continues to publish books for magicians. I believe a reprint of Burlingame's HERRMANN THE MAGICIAN is its most recent, published about a year ago. I believe the Magico PO BOX remains unchanged.
