The Shakespeare Experiment

Postby Todd Karr » June 29th, 2008, 4:19 pm

Hi, everybody

Announcing perhaps the finest mindreading book test ever published, The Shakespeare Experiment!

Visit The Miracle Factory to order and save $25 at our introductory price! You'll also see what some top pros think, and design specifications, too.

It's a strictly limited edition of 1000 copies!

We've built in lavish quality for the collector but designed The Shakespeare Experiement for the professional. It looks like a genuine Complete Works of William Shakespeare, but it's gaffed to the hilt!

The book has luxurious leather binding with gold foil stamping and gilt-edged, satin-finish paper.

Here's what Michael Weber says about The Shakespeare Experiment:

"A book test with The Complete Works of Shakespeare, you say? Verily. Instead of being Much Ado About Nothing, here is an approach which demands the performer use a book - and what a book it is. It seems carefully prepared so as not to be the Comedy of Errors that so many recent book tests have turned out to be. Measure for Measure, this is one of the cleverest and most useful tests of late. They say that "All's Well That Ends Well," and if that is true, the routine for which the book was designed is all well indeed. If you are looking for a beautiful object, a powerful effect and a "novel" method, you will find this very special book to be As You Like It." - Michael Weber

Anywhere the spectator opens the book, you can immediately be able to divine six different words or even recite a complete passage! You can then pass the book around and instantly give readings for different words on other pages. The Shakespeare Experiment combines several distinctly clever methods, so the spectators won't be able to follow your technique. And yes, the text is different from page to page.

Designed for the professional, this amazing book lets you customize your presentation with specific words for comedy, romantic, or dramatic styles. And if you're daring enough for the right audience, you'll love the secret Elizabethan Dirty Words feature.

It's easy to learn and perform, with none of the usual obvious methods: no forces, no fishing, no progressive anagrams, no gimmicks or cribsheets needed, no math, no MOAB techniques, no peeks, no need to touch the book, no guessing letters, no asking the spectator the first letter, and no guiding the volunteer to the longest word on a page or line. Just super-clean mindreading!

The Shakespeare Experiment will be back from the printer in August, so order now and save $25! Price is $275 (regular $300) postpaid in the U.S. Visit http://www.miraclefactory.net for more testimonials from pros like Max Mave, Jeff McBride, and Lee Asher and extensive technical details.

Best wishes,
Todd

As a Shakespeare fanatic, and someone who
is working on a personal Shakespeare project.
This seems very enticing.

I'm curious about the historical plays especially
what was done with gory Titus Andronicus.

Is it actually a complete works or just his plays?

Thou art as tyrannous, so as thou art,
As those whose beauties proudly make them cruel;
For well thou know'st to my dear doting heart
Thou art the fairest and most precious jewel.

I guess the complete works of Shakespeare can fit in my jacket pocket with my pocket DSMIV, but it still feels a bit contrived.

Got anything with My Weekly Reader or maybe TV Guide?

Time to water my ass again - later.

Being your vassal bound to stay your leisure.

Hey, folks.

It's difficult to provide much more detail without being unfair to those who have already invested in this terrific system. If you want to see more details, visit the Design Specifications page on The Shakespeare Experiment on our site The Miracle Factory !

Hi, everyone:

Max Maven and Jeff McBride have endorsed The Shakesepare Experiment with wonderful quotes on The Miracle Factory site but visitors seem to have a soft spot for Lee Asher's flattering comment:

"It's the motherf****** of all book tests!" - Lee Asher

And by the way, poetry fans, The Shakespeare Experiment does indeed include all 154 of Shakespeare's beautiful sonnets.
