Did you click on "blue" (the color of 3) on the first screen?

I did it and it worked. Did you read where it said "choose the same color as your number". The color is not a free choice in the beginning, try it, but read all the instructions. It works everytime.

I must apologize for my erroneous results. With my eyes the #3 is green. When someone called my attention to the fact that it is blue then everything worked well even with other numbers. Please forgive my 78 year old eyes. Color was never my strong point especially when picking out a shirt to wear. Thank you for correcting me. Bermini
