I am currently in the process of insuring my library and have a couple of items that I am struggling to price.
One is Four Little Beans by John Ramsay. It is is good condition, although it has some clear tape holing the cover together along the spine. Finally, it is signed (and dated, Sept 1952) by John Ramsay to Victor Farelli.
If someone would kindly give me an estimate of its value, or where I might find such, I would be very grateful.
Thanks,
Scott.

Geeze - I got a copy off ebaY for 25.00 US plus shipping but that one copy signed by JR himself to the guy who wrote up his cups and balls book... wow - not replacable.Originally posted by Scott Eccles:

Re: Four Little Beans
Wasn't Scott Eccles a character in one of the Sherlock Holmes stories?
Any relation??? :)

Re: Four Little Beans
One of the funniest things I have ever seen was Van Cleve doing the Ramsay Bean Trick.
His closing line was: "There is only one thing that is funnier than watching me do the Ramsay Bean Trick for the first time. That is watching someone you know watch the Ramsay Bean Trick for the first time."
Now that he's gone, and I have the props he actually used, I may have to work that routine up.
