Hi,
Does someone can give me some infos about Ireland's Year Books?
I know it started in 1935 and that it was read by many magicians. What were the highlights of those books, when did it stop?

I believe that the last one was 1970. Magic Inc. has a three volume set of the best of the year books, called the Year Book Reader. Each Volume is several hundred pages, and the books are $25 each. They are spiral bound to lie flat, large-format 8.5" x 11" pages. The include manipulations, illusions and illusionettes to build, whole act concepts, profiles on major magicians, and contributions from a "who's who" in magic from 1935 to 1970. For less than the cost of one volume of Lorayne's Apocalype, you could have all three of these. Check them out.
Do understand that these things were in the pre-computer days, and also "homegrown publishing" style, so don't expect production glitch a la L&L Publishing. The books will just be a mountain of information and interesting reading.
