EGO Magazine
Does anyone know of the future, if any, of this fantastic publication? Never have I seen such a high quality product released and such a reasonable price.

Re: EGO Magazine
I finally managed to chat with Jose about this yesterday. He's back in Argentina for a while then to Spain once more - sounds like his life is a little hectic at the moment. He did say that EGO will be back soon though.
He also said that he's wiling to refund TEN times anyone's subscription fees if they wish to cancel their order for EGO ! What a guy ;-)
Jamie.

I sent Jose an order for 201 subscriptions immediately: one copy to keep and 200 to help buy that Honolulu condo from where I will be reading the one copy.Originally posted by Jamie Badman:

Re: EGO Magazine
Jose -- I've gotten all the issues via e-mail, but when I go to the site and try to download any of them, it prompts me for a username and password. Did I miss something? Do I need to set up a username/password, and if so, how do I do it?Originally posted by Jose Muniz:

Re: EGO Magazine
Hi everyone,
The latest issue of Ego contains my early works on the pass and several other items. Soon after it's publishing, Mr.Harvey Rosenthal has sent me an email:
Hi Zenneth:
Your issue of EGO described a move called the "Zendwich Pass."
The move described is mine and is in my 1977 card book published by Karl Fulves. I have many variations and applications of the sleight.
I contributed a movie of one of my sandwich effects to the TSD Video Section approximately two years ago that uses this exact move. See "Believe It Or Not." This sandwich handling was shown to a number of cardmen in New York City in the early 1960s. I did it for Ed Marlo in Chicago during a session we had in 1967. It was shown and taught to Steve Draun in Chicago a few years later. I also did the trick for Roy Walton in 1969 and Gordon Bruce in 1975.
Again, the move is mine and appears with many applications in "Packet Switches (Part Three), a book dealing with card sleights and tricks, most of which were devised between 1957 and 1962.
Harvey Rosenthal
I want to make few points clear:
1, As the matter of fact, Mr. Harvey Rosenthal deserves the Credit.
2, I came up with the move around 1 year ago, and I honestly didn't know it's the creation of Mr.Harvey Rosenthal, and I hate thief.
3, Althought I wrote a one man issue for Ego, I am not a member of TSD, that's why I can't reply Mr. Harvey Rosenthal's message at TSD. However, I feel the need to make the issue clear, members of TSD who also surf the Genii forum please forward this message or paste it at TSD.
Many thanks!
Zenneth
