Too many damn threads on this same subject.
The cut released yesterday on DVD is director Damian Nieman's cut.

Re: Shade imminent on DVD
i HAD THE OPPORTUNITY OF WATCHING SHADE ON TUESDAY WHEN IT WAS RELEASED ON DVD. IN MY OPINION IT WAS NOT TO BAD. I EVEN WAS ABLE TO GET MY WIFE WHO HAS NO INTEREST IN GAMBLING TO STAY AWAKE AND WATCH IT WITH ME. I WAS IMPRESSED BY THE FACT THAT THE ACTORS SPENT THE TIME LEARNING HOW TO DO SOME OF THE MOVES THEY NEEDED FOR THE MOVIE SOME OF THEM WERE NOT EASY. ALL IN ALL IT WAS A GOOD FIRST EFFORT FOR DAMIEN. AGAIN THIS IS JUST MY OPINION.
